In 1999 Kustom Kaps was launched by Royal Stewart Enterprises, as a subsidiary, to fill a gap in the imported headwear industry:

High quality headwear with reasonable pricing and low minimums.

Using state of the art software and manufacturing techniques, we design and produce custom made caps not seen previously in the headwear industry. Low 48 piece minimums per style/color, propelled Kustom Kaps into being a favorite supplier for hundreds of distributors and retailers throughout North America.

Kustom Kaps brings professionally styled cap possibilities to small business, schools, and organizations which never had this opportunity before.

In 2001 we added patches and emblems to our line-up of high quality items. Now, you can use Kustom Kaps for all your headwear, digitizing, and patch/emblem needs.
