Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Company Check and net terms will be extended after your first complete order, and completion of an approval of credit application form.

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Firm quotes are given after all camera ready artwork is submitted with all information.

Return Policy:
No returns are allowed unless due to production defects, and Royal Stewart Enterprises/Kustomkaps.com have approved the returns in writing.
Returns are subject to replacement of product or credit on account only to be determined by Royal Stewart Enterprises / Kustomkaps.com

Minimum Orders:
Custom Cap Program - 48 piece per size, color, style, and embroidery decoration.
Emblems - 50 piece per identical item.
Blanks: 1 piece.
Contract Embroidery: 12 pieces.
Digitizing: 1 piece.
Embroidered Cap Program: 12 pieces.

Samples:
Random samples depend upon availability.
Pre production sample fee is $25.00 each plus UPS Ground fee. Photos of samples emailed are No Charge.

Shipping:
F.O.B. Carson, CA for sea shipment. Hong Kong for all Air shipments.
All pricing is by piece.

Sea Shipping: Deliveries are 60 to 90 days after approval of order. Ground shipping fees are Not included in the cap prices and will be added to your final invoice.
Air Shipping: Deliveries are 25 to 45 days after approval of order. Air shipping fees from Hong Kong are NOT included in the cap prices and will be added to your final invoice. Ground shipping fees are NOT included in the cap prices and will be added to your final invoice.
